Returns


1. Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items: Customized or personalized items are non-returnable, as they are made specifically for you. Sale or discounted items are also final sale.

3. Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at intricatecrochet@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process and provide a return shipping address.

4. Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or mistake on our part.


Refunds


1. Approval: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you via email. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

2. Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
